Dear Parents,  My name is Andrew Johnson.  I am your child’s 5th grade teacher this year and I look forward to working with you both on your child’s education.  I graduated from the University of New York with a Masters in History and later did my research in childhood development.  I have been teaching in the Elementary school system for over 15 years, though I have been working at Longfellow Elementary for the past seven years.
