So it’s time again to write a letter to your student’s parents.  Another school year is upon us all.  When drafting your letter, be sure to follow these helpful tips:

1. Personalize each letter by using names

2. Include specifics about their child

3. Let them know a little about yourself

4. Reassure them that you are open to their input

5. Let them know you care about their child

6. Outline expectations and class rules

7. Specify consequences (good & bad)
